Our Philosophy

AI isn't just a productivity tool—it's an opportunity to develop capabilities that set you apart. Most professionals use AI for basic tasks: drafting emails, generating content, planning logistics. That's useful, but it's just scratching the surface.

The real value comes from investing time to build deeper skills. Think about when spreadsheets first emerged: some people used them for simple lists, while others invested time mastering formulas and models. That investment changed how they solved problems and shaped entire careers.

We're at that same inflection point with AI. The professionals who invest time learning by creating—building real solutions, experimenting with agentic development, iterating through challenges—are developing capabilities that compound over time.

Our philosophy is simple: you don't learn AI by reading about it. You learn by doing. Start small, build solutions that matter to you, share your wins and challenges, and iterate relentlessly. Micro-innovations compound faster than grand plans, and the future belongs to those willing to develop their skills one project at a time.

Kevin Coleman

Co-Founder

Kevin believes the best way to master AI isn't through courses—it's by building alongside people who get it. He's connecting with AI-native professionals who want to collaborate and co-create: no gatekeeping, no formal curriculum—just a community of curious builders learning in public, sharing breakthroughs (and faceplants), and turning ideas into working prototypes. We believe micro-innovations compound faster than masterplans, and that the future belongs to people willing to experiment, fail fast to learn more, and iterate relentlessly. If you're ready to stop talking about AI and start building with it, surrounded by people who'll celebrate your unique projects and push you to ship faster—you've found your people.
